Provide technical support and system maintenance to ensure the smooth operation, performance, and security of the company’s e-commerce retail platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 1 year experience in IT Support. Strong understanding of website systems, databases, and basic networking. Familiar with CMS platforms, payment gateway integration, and API troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of SQL and server management is a plus. Able to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and provide timely resolution. Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
