Job Description
- Follow up support tickets from IT Service Desk & Administration within agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Troubleshoots application software, database issues and web application system on a timely basis.
- Perform SIT (System Integrity Testing) and review for new and modified application include changing to web application system at store & CSO then creates UAT for user.
- Working with the IT Functional in identifying problem determination, work around resolution and proposing application system changes.
- Translate functional requirements and specifications into documented test plans, test scripts, cases and steps.
- Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customizations.
- Implement & monitor Store/DC Application for new and modified application.
- Perform and support Month End (ME) & Year End data closing per target set for financial report in Accounting.
- Do consolidation process for ME data and crosscheck for any issues on ME data (eg. Unbalance).
- Execute request form from user to generation of relevant data files, databases, reports, prints etc in daily operations.
- Deploy master data for new store and remodeling store project.
- Create business documents and reports or modify existing reports.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer, Information System, or other closely related major.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in IT or Data processing and 1 years of experience handling application and database system.
- Good analytical & conceptual thinking.
- Have planning & organizing skill.
- Have leadership skill.
- Good communication and initiative, service -oriented attitude.
- Able to work with others (teamwork).
- Detail -oriented.
- Willing to WFO
