1. According to the company's continuous improvement and TPS management needs, carry out production line improvement, production line rhythm statistics, establish database management and other work to reduce costs, improve production line efficiency and ensure product quality;
2. Establish product standard working hours and regularly update labor costs for capacity analysis and modification;
3. Coordinate with relevant departments to solve production anomalies, and follow up on the results of the measures taken to solve the anomalies;
4. Participate in the trial production of new products, timely formulate the work instruction documents required by the production line, and follow up on the implementation of the production line;
5. Establish production equipment capacity load analysis data and implement improvement plans.
