Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting initial interviews for intern and freelance roles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating direct to Talent Acquisition. Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines regularly. Assist in employee development, engagement activities, and internal events. Handle HR administrative tasks and employee documentation accurately. Support data management and reporting using Google Sheets. Provide general administrative support for HR projects and activities.
