As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and selecting the right talent to support the company’s growth. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, administering psychological tests, to building strong talent pipelines. This role also requires you to collaborate with universities, institutions, and HR networks, as well as actively representing the company at job fairs and other employer branding activities.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Psychology.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Target oriented, especially in achieving recruitment goals for new employees

Experienced in administering recruitment tests (e.g., Kraeplin Test, Graphic Test, Logical Arithmetic, DISC, etc.)

Possess a personal vehicle and valid driving license (A and/or C)

Willing to attend job fair events, actively search for potential candidates, and support corporate publicity

Ability to build and maintain good relationships with career centers of reputable universities/schools, employee providers, and HR networks

Up-to-date with current trends (especially in recruitment and HR), with a creative and innovative mindset
