GUEST SERVICE STAFF

Job & Responsibility

Responsible for the daily routine at the front desk according to the AXIA South Cikarang standars, including but not limited to check ins and check outs of all hotel guests, making sure all guest requests are met and that all of their information and billing detail are accurate

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Requirements :

Male/Female
Age max 30 yo
Minimal education Senior High School preferable from Hotel and Tourism education
Experience minimal 1 year as a guest service or front office/ reception at hotel or service apartment
Able to speak and communicate in Japanese and English Fluently
Fresh Graduate with Japanese Language skill is welcome
Able to read and write in Japanese
Possible to assist the guests in Japanese with the hospitality mind
Preferable to operate OPERA system is advantage
Communicative
Self - confident person
