Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
  3. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including market expansion and product diversification.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
  7. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  8. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline analysis for management review.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirement :
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
  6. Analytical skills to interpret sales performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed.
