Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the cybersecurity function as the organization's first dedicated security leader.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy, aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Build and manage a high -performing cybersecurity and GRC team, including recruitment, training, and capability development.
- Design and enforce IT governance frameworks, risk management processes, and compliance programs (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
- Oversee security architecture, vulnerability management, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
- Act as the primary advisor to executive leadership on cybersecurity risks, emerging threats, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive security awareness programs across the organization to foster a culture of cyber resilience.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to ensure secure digital transformation initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership roles, preferably within large -scale manufacturing or FMCG environments.
- Strong background in information security, IT risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to build security teams and functions from scratch.
- Expertise in security architecture, threat intelligence, and incident response.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at C -suite level.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are highly desirable.
