Job Description* Responsible for ensuring that the management of the use of operational vehicles and replacement vehicles (taxis) runs well and efficiently and that parking services within the hospital environment are carried out professionally in accordance with the agreement
- Ensure operational vehicles are available and have the necessary documents for their use
- Together with the driver, carry out regular vehicle checks at least once a week to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy at all times
- Make a driver's work schedule and look for an alternative driver if the driver on duty is unable to attend
- Conduct daily evaluations and provide recommendations for annual driver assessments
- Provide regular reports to superiors regarding vehicle use and condition, for example for vehicle use for special events, routine maintenance or repairs, etc
- Ensure the use of taxi vouchers to Hospital staff if operational vehicles are not available, recapitalize their use and bills that must be paid
- Coordinate with parking management vendors regularly to ensure the parking area is managed professionally, including all signs, markings, etc. in good condition and give a warning if the parking management vendor provides services that are not in accordance with the agreement
- Monitor parking revenue regularly and report it to superiors
- Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
- Ensure the provision of high quality and effective general affairs services (including but not limited to catering, housekeeping, warehouse, laundry, pest control and security) in accordance with Group\-wide general affairs standards, policies, procedures and government regulations and applicable accreditation requirements .
- Work with third party vendors/ contractors to provide GA services and ensure that their work is done efficiently and effective in accordance with established service level agreements.
- Manage licensing efforts for Hospital facilities and equipment (both medical \& non\-medical) and ensure that all Hospital facilities and equipment have appropriate and valid permits at all times.
- Manage and resolve every incoming complaint and feedback from patients, doctors, nurses and other stakeholders in general affairs services effectively and professionally.
- Regularly visit hospital facilities to visually inspect the quality of services and propose some recommendations to correct identified problems related to general affairs (e.g., dirty hallways, unresolved pest problems, dirty bed sheets, etc.)
- Monitor the completeness of operational and program activity report data.
- Quality and safety to be used as analysis material by superiors or other related parties.
Qualifications* S1 from any related major
- Have work experience in public areas in office buildings, hospitals or hotels
- Familiarity with healthcare procedures, terminology, and protocols is helpful for effectively supporting hospital operations.
- Good organizational skills to manage tasks, maintain records, and handle various administrative duties efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for administrative tasks.
- Bachelor Degree from any related major
- Have work experience in public areas in office buildings, hospitals or hotels
- Familiarity with healthcare procedures, terminology, and protocols is helpful for effectively supporting hospital operations.
- Good organizational skills to manage tasks, maintain records, and handle various administrative duties efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for administrative tasks.
