Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field At least 1 year of relevant experience in proposal support, partnerships, administration, research, or project coordination Strong consideration given to candidates with proven experience gained through internships, part-time roles, or full-time Good written and verbal communication Basic understanding or interest in proposal writing Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to work well in a team Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
