What We're Looking for: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. 1+ year experience in software development (Fresh graduates welcome with strong project portfolio). Experience with backend & frontend development. Familiar with Git, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum. Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn. Tech Stack (Flexible): Backend: C#, Java, Python, PHP, Node.js, Go. Frontend: JavaScript / TypeScript (React, Angular, Vue). Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB. Tools: REST API, Git, CI/CD. Nice to have: Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Microservices.
