1. Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.2. Experience:a. 2-5 years of experience in related field (accounting, finance, business administration, economics).b. Organization experience, especially with cross-function collaboration and coordination.3. Technical Skill:a. Strong in finance operations and administrations (especially AP) for IT organization, data management, and spreadsheet processing.b. Understanding of Chart of Account, Cash Flow Management, AP and AR journals, Tax (VAT, WHT, COR, DGT), and Accounting Principles (PSAK).c. Knowledgeable of general business transactions for goods and services, especially procurement processes.d. Good in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both writing and speaking.e. Able to operate functions in SAP ERP application is a plus.4. Soft Skill:a. High integrity and commitment.b. Medium to high logical/ analytical thinking.
