Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax operations; Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows; Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes; Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting records; Oversee tax planning, reporting, and compliance in line with Indonesian regulations; Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and other external parties; Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); Manage and mentoring junior finance team members; Provide strategict financial insight to Board of Director (BOD).
