- Position: Finance Associate (Accounts Receivable)
- Location: Kemang, South Jakarta
- Salary: Rp 6 .000 .000
We're looking for candidates who want to be part of our Finance AR Team. If you're confident in your communication and problem -solving skills, this might be a great opportunity for you.
What will you do as our Accounts Receivable?
- Payment Follow -Up:
Check on unpaid invoices and remind customers about pending payments. - Client Communication:
Reach out to clients via email, phone, or message to follow up on payments, answer questions, and resolve any issues politely and promptly. - Tracking Payments:
Ensure payment records are accurate and updated in our system in a timely manner. - Problem Solving:
Investigate any payment issues or mismatches. Work with clients to find fair solutions and keep the process moving. - Team Support:
Assist teammates when someone is away to help keep Finance operations running smoothly. - Adhoc Tasks:
Handle any related questions or small tasks as they arise.
Qualification
- Undergraduate GPA 3 .0 or higher
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 -2 years of experience are welcome to apply
- Excellent English skills
- Excellent speaking and writing skills
- Self -motivated, independent, and hard -working
- Strong reasoning, logic, and analysis skills
- Experience in spreadsheets is preferred
- No Finance Experience needed
