JALA is looking for a Farm Commercial Manager (FCM) for upstream teams, responsible for steering and optimizing sales teams to accomplish objectives in the West area, specifically within the Sumatra zone. The candidate must have 3 years of hands-on experience in the shrimp industry, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and trends.
