- Accountable for managing and monitoring all Environmental & Social (E&S) compliance across sites owned by the PSN Group, based on various existing standards and regulations such as the Environmental & Social Management Framework (ESMF), Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Environmental & Social Management Plan (ESMP), Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP), and any relevant internal regulations of PSN Group.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of all E&S documentation.
- Manage compliance reporting for the Indonesian government and lenders.
- Monitor project teams and all related vendors/contractors to ensure adherence to E&S requirements.
- Submit periodic E&S reports and present E&S monitoring results to management, detailing the status and progress of E&S compliance.
