**Description:**Job Summary
Plan and execute assigned service jobs of scientific instrument products at customer site. Work with customer to understand all aspects of the instrument. Work with Clients and other team members to deliver prompt permanent solutions that meet customer requirements. Work with other functions for continuous improvement outcomes in the technical process.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) policies and other internal policies, as well as Government Regulations.
- Participate technical trainings, and learn the technical documentations, provided by the Company and/or Clients.
- Create a professional service report containing problem description, actions done, root cause analysis, recommendations and other essential informations.
- Execute service jobs at customer site such as installation, operation and maintenance training, technical inspection, repair and trouble shooting, spare part replacement, preventive maintenance, calibration, etc.
- Escalate the customer complaint (technical and non-technical) to his/her superior.
Perform cost saving initiatives.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3-year experience as a technical service engineer
- Familiar with at least one of following equipment: carbon-sulfur analyzer, oxygen-nitrogen-hydrogen analyzer, thermal analyzer, differential scanning calorimetry, scientific instruments, industrial laboratory instruments
- Minimum diploma degree in engineering
- Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Office suites).
- Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independent as well as teamwork.
