- Manage internal digital marketing channels including but not limited to account management, administration, campaign execution, monitoring, analysis, and improvement to ensure impactful results towards business metrics.
- Continuously explore new channels and placements for opportunity to widen audience reach.
- Maintain data tracking and analysis for continuous measurement and analysis for further improvement.
- Align internally with main stakeholders to make sure all expectations are met and any challenges are communicated.
- Collaborate internally with other functions to support campaigns and other internal business products in alignment towards digital marketing campaign strategy.
- Support team members for any enhancement towards hard skills and soft skills that will potentially impact work performance.
