About The Role
As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will responsible for digital campaign activities, through program creation, implementation and management of digital marketing assets, to support marketing strategies and achieve company sales targets.
What will you be doing?
- Identify the needs of the sales/operations department, related to digital marketing, as a basis for determining the appropriate digital campaign program.
- Analyze trends and competitor, as a basis for determining appropriate digital campaign programs.
- Create a campaign strategy proposal to ensure alignment with the overall marketing program and to answer the needs of the sales/operations department.
- Direct and monitor content creation, UI/UX and social media management to ensure alignment with corporate digital marketing management standards.
- Evaluate digital campaign activities to ensure effectiveness and impact on sales.
- Ensure regular reporting of the progress and evaluation of digital campaigns to the sales/operations department to ensure that the information needed for sales/operations activities is received accurately and up to date.
What do we look for?
- Bachelor's degree, majoring in Communication Design/ Marketing/ Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience as Digital Campaign Manager (preferably from retail industry)
- Expert skills in : Design Program & Application, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing Management, Project Management, Analytical Skills
