Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Having experience as Customer Support or Technical Support at least 2 years
  • Interpersonal skill and analytical skills
  • Experience in providing excellent customer satisfaction
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ease
  • Excellent communication skill both verbal and written
  • Experience in the FnB industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
