We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting post\-sales administrative processes, such as order processing or handling complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage communication with customers via phone, email, or other platforms.
- Provide solutions and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support administrative sales processes, including order processing and managing customer data.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and provide constructive feedback.
- Offer administrative support for sales and marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English Literature, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in customer service or telesales is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Creative, detail\-oriented, and well\-organized.
- Indonesian Citizenship – Based in Bali.
