Job Responsibility:
- Create, design, and deliver training curriculum, materials, and strategy (product knowledge, skincare, makeup techniques, brand story, and selling skills) according to brand activity calendar and guidelines
- Conduct classroom and hands -on makeup trainings (face chart, demo & practice) to ensure Beauty Advisors can execute brand looks and services with professional standards
- Deliver sales & service trainings to field teams: customer journey, consultation techniques, cross -selling & upselling, objection handling, and building long -term customer relationships
- Perform training needs analysis regularly together with Sales, Marketing, and HR to identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and behaviour, especially in BA productivity and brand execution
- Plan and execute field coaching (on -counter / store visit) to observe BA performance, give on -the -spot feedback, and support achievement of sales KPIs
- Develop and update training tools & content (PowerPoint decks, playbooks, checklists, videos, quizzes, e -learning modules) and ensure alignment with global and local brand guidelines
- Evaluate training effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative indicators (attendance, quiz score, BA certification, post -training performance, sales uplift where applicable) and recommend improvement actions
- Support recruitment & assessment activities when needed (technical test / demo makeup and basic psychological/behavioural assessment relevant to the role)
- Work closely with Brand, Sales, and Marketing teams to support new product launches, campaigns, and in -store activation through tailored training programs
- Ensure all training and assessment activities are delivered in a professional, timely, and cost -conscious manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- :Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any major; background in Psychology, Education, Communication, or Hospitality is preferabl
- eAt least 3–5 years of working experience as Trainer in beauty field/ cosmetic brand
- sAdditional certification in Makeup Techniques, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Sales/Training certification is a plu
- sStrong knowledge of makeup techniques and artistry and skincare fundamental
- sProven experience teaching makeup techniques in class and hands -on demo, including doing makeup on different skin tones typical of Indonesian consumer
- sSolid understanding of retail sales fundamentals and KPIs (conversion, SPH, AUS, IPT, basic productivity) and experience delivering trainings on selling skills, customer service, and consultation skills for Beauty Advisor
- sFamiliarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, e -learning, on -the -job/in classroom/ online training, workshops & simulations, digital tools
