Develop content strategy and content pillars aligned with brand objectives. Create monthly content plans and campaign narratives. Adjust content strategy based on audience insights, performance data, and brand needs. Ensure consistency in tone of voice and key messaging across platforms. Manage social media accounts end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, and publishing. Write captions, CTAs, and basic copy tailored to each platform. Coordinate with Content Creators, Designers, and Videographers to execute content. Attend weekly onsite meetings for alignment, briefing, and evaluation. Oversee content workflow from ideation, production, publishing, to reporting. Prepare performance reports and provide optimization recommendations based on data and feedback.
