Job Description : Ensuring and developing Policies and Procedures in accordance with applicable regulations in compliance with Regulations, OSH, Environment, and Quality Management. Ensuring company and employee compliance with applicable regulations. Ensuring and developing a system for handling violations in a standard and regular manner. Identifying potential and risk of compliance violations to applicable rules. Developing effective and systematic compliance training and internalization programs. Ensuring SOPs apply to all departments and all employees without exception. Maintaining good relations with external parties such as BPOM, Ministry of Health (Kemenkes), Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan), MMAF (KKP), Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) to ensure smooth handling and follow-up of licensing issues.
