Help to reach out to Talenta users to collect installment payments in accordance with the agreed contract. Initiate and support strategic efforts for business expansion and customer reactivation. Assist in administrative tasks to support Account Management operations. Support Account Managers in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Assist in onboarding new customers to ensure a smooth and effective product adoption process. Monitor client accounts, track product usage, and collect feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of accounting and account management processes. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with CRM or similar tools is a plus.
