Job Description: Create and run sales plans to grow cold chain product sales for B2C and B2B customers. Find and reach out to new customers through research and direct approaches. Promote the benefits of our cold chain product. Build good relationships with customers and give great service. Solve customer problems quickly and make sure they are satisfied. Work with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to improve our cold chain product based on customer needs. Handle the full sales process from start to finish.
