About Our Client

Job Description
Strategic & Commercial Planning
- Develop annual and mid -term business plans for Modern Trade channels (Minimarket, Supermarket, Hypermarket) and key customers, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Forecast channel and customer sales volumes and ensure accurate, timely submissions.
Business Performance & Execution
- Track and analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and risks; implement corrective strategies when required.
- Lead the introduction of new products in Modern Trade, including planning, forecasting, and promotional execution.
- Manage A &P budgets, from planning through execution and tracking to ensure efficient deployment and goal achievement.
- Support all sales and marketing initiatives while monitoring cost effectiveness and program impact.
Channel Development
- Identify channel -specific challenges and growth opportunities, and develop activities that maximize channel performance.
- Collaborate with distributor teams to ensure excellence in distribution, merchandising, on -shelf availability, and promotion implementation.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long -term partnerships with key Modern Trade customers to secure sustainable growth.
- Provide ongoing market intelligence by reporting competitor movements and channel insights to leadership.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 4 -5 years of experience in FMCG sales/marketing, ideally within major multinational food companies.
- Prior involvement in Modern Trade as Channel Manager, Channel Development Manager, Assistant Key Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or equivalent. Experience working with distributor partners is an advantage.
- Strong initiative, communication skills, and interpersonal capability.
- Good analytical and problem -solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English and local languages.
- Self -driven, independent, and resilient in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically or abroad as needed.
