  • Research, prospect, and contact potential leads via text, e-mail, and/or cold-call as appropriate
  • Set up meetings or calls between client decision makers and company's business development team
  • Track and report on sales outreach activity and results
  • Develop sales strategies and tactics
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  • Min. 1 year outbound/hunter sales, lead generation, or sales canvassing experience
  • Proven experience in independently sourcing/generating leads from multiple sources
  • Familiarity sales qualification frameworks (eg. BANT, ANUM, etc)
  • Experience in the SaaS or HR industry is a huge plus.
  • Well-polished professional communication skills via text, email, and calls
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or partnership targets
  • Result-oriented mindset
