Join our ecosystem Commerce Boost (ComBO) > https://combo.co.id/. We are looking for a high-performing Business Development professional with a strong SaaS background to drive our growth. You will manage the full sales cycle, from hunting new opportunities to ensuring our clients thrive and expand. Responsibilities include: Conduct deep market research to identify emerging SaaS trends and high-potential business opportunities. Drive lead generation through multi-channel outreach, including cold calling, email sequences, networking, and industry events. Execute the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and pitching to closing deals and client acquisition. Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships, ensuring consistent follow-ups and high client satisfaction. Partner with Creative, Tech, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Lead high-level negotiations to secure win-win agreements and drive sustainable revenue growth. Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide detailed reports on BD activities, closing rates, and KPI achievements. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize the lifetime value of the client portfolio.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Minimum 2 years of proven success in B2B Sales or Business Development, specifically within the SaaS industry. Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders. Proven ability to design and execute effective client acquisition and long-term retention strategies. Proficient in CRM management (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools like Google Workspace or MS Office. A strong track record of hitting sales targets and maintaining high client retention metrics. Capable of interpreting sales data and competitor research to refine business strategies and improve closing rates. Highly adaptive and proactive, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
