Develop and implement strategies to establish business and to maximize the implementation city to nation wide.
Do business development to drive market penetration and acquisition.
Design and execute comprehensive market policies, operational activities, and promotion models to drive business growth.
Develop and implement internal operational systems such as asset management, data management, emergency plans, and business training programs.
Standardize work processes and establish a performance management system for each direction and position within the organization.
Other responsibilities as needed.
Requirement :
Hold Bachelor's degree.
Business level English (able to speak technically with expat), also preferably a Mandarin speaker.
Minimum 4 years of experience as Business Development/Sales in the EV battery charging station industry experienced in developing outlet partners.
Understand well about the technical EV battery and its charging along with the permits.
Good communication skill, good interpersonal skill, flexible, dynamic and proactive.
