Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect the bank's IT infrastructure and data assets
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security threats
- Collaborate with cross -functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain secure systems and applications
- Monitor and analyze security logs, alerts, and incidents to detect and respond to potential security breaches
- Stay up -to -date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend improvements to the bank's security posture
- Provide technical guidance and support to the bank's business units and stakeholders on cybersecurity matters
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs for the bank's employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of security frameworks, protocols, and best practices
- Proficient in the use of security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions
- Hands -on experience in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and incident response
- Excellent problem -solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross -functional teams
- Certifications in relevant cybersecurity domains (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) are preferred
