Execute and manage day-to-day affiliate programs across multiple platforms in line with campaign objectives. Proactively identify, headhunt, and onboard high-potential affiliates/creators that align with brand values and campaign needs. Maintain active communication and strong working relationships with affiliates to drive consistent performance. Work closely with internal teams to provide affiliates with necessary assets (vouchers, product samples, or briefs). Manage affiliate deliverables, timelines, tracking links, and campaign mechanics. Track perofmance metrics (GMV, ROI, and conversion rates) using platform dashboards to ensure KPIs are met. Prepare regular performance reports and campaign summaries for internal and client review. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve affiliate sales and engagement. Support affiliates with guidance, best practices, and issue resolution throughout campaigns. Ensure all affiliates comply with brand guidelines, campaign rules, and platform policies.
