- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including bookkeeping and general ledger entries
- Assist in monthly and yearly taxation processes, including preparation of tax reports and filings
- Support the month-end and year-end closing process
- Prepare monthly financial reports and perform detailed analysis of financial data
- Evaluate and improve finance and accounting policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance
- Monitor and maintain cash liquidity, cash flow, expense records, and petty cash management
- Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of the bookkeeping and reporting processes
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve accounting and financial issues
- Provide audit evidence and support to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance standards
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing required documentation and information
