As a Relationship Manager, you will take ownership over a book of business that you will develop by building relationships with potential and existing borrowers and networking to bring in more borrowers. This person will play a pivotal role in bringing in business and ensuring the continued vitality of Funding Societies. What you will do: Manage and service existing trade financing clients (Invoice Financing, AR/AP financing, working capital facilities) Support clients in drawdowns, repayments, and operational queries related to their facilities Maintain strong relationships with SME clients and ensure a smooth client experience post-disbursement Monitor client utilisation, repayment behaviour, and portfolio performance Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional FS financing products to existing clients Work closely with internal teams (Credit, Ops, Legal) to ensure efficient execution and issue resolution

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

What we are looking for: 2–4 years experience in SME banking, trade finance, or account servicing roles Strong understanding of trade financing / working capital products is an advantage Good relationship management and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with good coordination and follow-through Strong communication skills in English
