We are currently opening vacancies for several positions in the academic & operations team: Academic Operation Associate Academic Officer (Menlo Park School) Academic Officer (Schoters) Academic Officer (Work Abroad Academy) Job Description Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and execute academic programs. Assist in the planning and organization of academic team’s activities. Analyzing students score, attendance, and assignments Doing, planning, and evaluating the required intervention to make sure students are succeed in the program Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic records and data. Contribute to the improvement of operational workflows within the academic sphere. Participate in the development and enhancement of tutoring policies and procedures. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students and tutors. Stay updated with trends in education and suggest innovative ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping. Proficiency in using productivity tools and software for data management. A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative. Ability to adapt in a dynamic and evolving educational setting. Passion for contributing to students’ academic success. Scholarship hunter is a plus point.
