Job Descriptions :
1. Monitoring supply raw material availability .
2. Monitoring schedule raw material arrival .
3. Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed .
4. Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices .
5. Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders , stock transfers , deliveries , tagging , and processing
6. Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability .
7. Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out - of - stock .
8. Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues .
9. Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders , pricing reports , and inventory records
10. Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor .
Requirements and Qualifications :
1. Minimum educational background D3 / S1 of Industrial Engineering , Supply Chain or equivalent .
2. Having a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and ERP system .
3. At least 3 years working experience as an Inventory Control in Manufacturing Industry .
4. Diligent , honest , and trustworthy .
5. Excellent knowledge of inventory management .
6. Good leadership and strategic thinking , detail oriented , exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities , excellent time management and organizational skills .
7. Willing to work in shifts and to be placed in Surabaya .
